Slimming soup is a dietary dish for those who want to eat and lose weight at the same time. A simple slimming soup turns out to be not only light, but also delicious - with it, any diet will be a pleasure.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Among the ingredients are exclusively vegetables. Cut the onion and garlic into small cubes, finely grate the carrots or cut into thin strips. Chop fresh cabbage thinly. We clean the bell peppers, cut into small cubes. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes. It is better to use stronger tomatoes - they will not fall apart and turn into porridge during cooking.
  2. We transfer all the prepared vegetables to the pan, add finely chopped celery stalk, dill and bay leaf there. Fill with water (the amount of water is at your discretion, depending on which soup you like more - thick or liquid). We put on fire.
  3. Bring the soup to a boil, then reduce the heat and cook without a lid over a low boil for about another 30 minutes. About 15-20 minutes before the end of cooking, add ground hot red pepper to the soup - it improves digestion and, therefore, contributes to weight loss. Serve hot. Bon Appetit! ;)
