The most that neither is spring-summer soup - sorrel, with herbs and all sorts of mental additives like pesto. And for him, unlike many soups, it does not require a lot of fuss.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Peel, cut and boil the potatoes. Cut into cubes or half rings and fry the onions. Hard boil the eggs.
  2. Put sprigs of herbs and sorrel leaves without stems in boiled potatoes and warm until soft. Using an immersion blender, grind the potatoes and herbs in the puree soup directly in the saucepan. Season with onion, chopped egg, salt and pepper. Serve with croutons.
  3. Pesto is prepared in the same simple way: coarsely chop the stems, grind with the rest of the ingredients into a paste in a blender bowl, if necessary, "smooth" it with the circular knife of an immersion blender. Pesto can be spread over croutons, or you can put it directly into soup.
