Soup with melted cheese in a slow cooker

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Peel and grate (or chop) the carrots, peel and finely chop the onion.
  2. Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, add onions, carrots and fry in Baking mode for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Peel potatoes, cut and add to the multicooker bowl.
  4. Add melted cheese.
  5. Add broth, salt, pepper and stir. Cook on Soup/Baking/Stew until potatoes are done.
  6. Any broth will do.
  7. Add greens to the finished soup and you can serve it on the table.
  8. Bon appetit!
