Spicy chicken breast kharcho soup

A spicy, spicy Georgian soup, the appetite is awakened by the very name of this dish.

  1. Boil the chicken breast in salted water.
  2. Rinse the rice several times to remove excess starch.
  3. Remove the meat, pour the rice into the pan.
  4. Peel, cut onions into small cubes, fry until golden brown.
  5. Add tomato paste to the roast, mix, pour in a little chicken broth, boil under the lid until the broth is ready.
  6. Separate the chicken fillet from the bones, cut the meat into strips along the fibers, pour into a saucepan with rice. Season with roast with tomato paste, cook over low heat.
