Tatar soup with meat

  1. Melt the fat in a saucepan from the diced bacon, add the meat cut into pieces and fry lightly on all sides, stirring occasionally, add a couple of glasses of water and simmer over low heat for 40 minutes.
  2. Cut the onion into cubes and add to the meat, pour a liter of water and let the soup boil, add the potatoes cut into quarters and cook until cooked, and in 7 minutes put bay leaf, pepper and salt.
  3. Before serving, season the Tatar meat soup with plenty of chopped parsley and season with chopped garlic.
