Recipe for a multicooker, because in it this soup turns out to be incredibly aromatic, rich, has a completely different taste and texture, in contrast to the one cooked on the stove. Lentils and vegetables retain their shape, do not boil over,
despite the cooking time.

  1. Sort the lentils, rinse, discard in a colander. Cut the vegetables into very small cubes.
  2. Pour 1 tbsp into a multicooker saucepan. l. vegetable oil, put chopped onion, close the lid, turn on the Baking mode, cook for 5 minutes, open the lid, stir the onions with a silicone spatula, close the lid, cook for another 5 minutes, turn off the multicooker.
  3. Add the rest of the chopped vegetables, paprika, stir, add lentils, bulgur and bottled water (room temperature) to the 1 liter mark, close the lid of the multicooker.
  4. Cook in the Stew mode for 1 hour, turn off the multicooker, add salt and pepper to taste, stir, let the soup stand for 10 minutes, add chopped fresh herbs before serving, if desired.
