  1. First of all, I'll take care of the tomatoes: I wash each vegetable well and cut it into 4 parts (if the tomatoes are not large). I divide the garlic into cloves, but do not peel it. I put tomatoes and garlic cloves in the mold.
  2. Sprinkle vegetables with spices: grind cumin grains in a mortar, mix them with thyme and sprinkle. Add 1 sprig of rosemary and sprinkle with olive oil, stir.
  3. I send the form into an oven preheated to 180-200 degrees for 50-70 minutes.
  4. I take vegetables out of the oven and peel the tomatoes, peel the garlic, remove the rosemary. Grind vegetables with a hand blender. I pour the soup into a plate, salt and pepper to taste. I serve the dish hot, but also cold.
