Tripe soup "Flaka" in Warsaw style

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Rinse thoroughly in warm water, cover with salt and scrape off the scar with a brush, rinse with running cold water and cook, heat to a boil, pour out the water, and rinse the scar with cold water.
  2. Boil bone broth, pour about half, put tripe in the rest and cook for 4 hours.
  3. At the end of cooking, add half of the vegetables, cut the remaining vegetables into strips and fry in melted fat.
  4. Brown the flour in another frying pan until golden brown, pour in the broth and let it boil.
  5. Allow the meat to cool in the broth, remove and cut into thin strips, put together with the fried vegetables in the sauce, salt and pepper, add nutmeg.
  6. Pour the Warsaw-style "Flaka" tripe soup into soup bowls, serve separately grated cheese, ground red pepper, ground ginger root and marjoram.
