This dish has an unusually delicate and velvety creamy taste. Traditionally, it is made from sausages or kupat, but you can use regular minced meat instead.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Free the minced meat from the shell and fry in a frying pan with a spoonful of vegetable oil for 5-6 minutes. Stir so that no lumps remain. After browning, place on a plate.
  2. If using regular minced meat, add some spices.
  3. Melt the butter in a saucepan and fry the chopped onion for 2-3 minutes, do not brown. Add the minced garlic and cook everything together for another 30-40 seconds.
  4. Add medium-sized potatoes, salt and pepper to the onion. Pour in broth.
  5. Cook for about 15–20 minutes, then add the meat and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  6. Chop the kale or spinach and add to the soup along with the cream. Stir well, remove from heat and serve.
