Uyghur lagman with green beans

This is one of the oldest recipes for making Uyghur lagman. It turns out a hearty and tasty dish where meat goes well with vegetables.

  1. Place the fleshy tomatoes in boiling water for one or two minutes, peel and cut.
  2. Cut the rest of the vegetables into small cubes.
  3. Crush the garlic with a press.
  4. Cut the meat into thin slices.
  5. Put a cast iron on the fire, warm it up well.
  6. Pour oil, heat, fry onion with meat.
  7. Add radish, beans, carrots, tomatoes and garlic and stir.
  8. Pour the meat and vegetables with a mixture of broth and tomato sauce.
  9. Cook Uyghur lagman with green beans for about a quarter of an hour.
  10. Boil noodles, mix with butter.
  11. Place on a large platter, pour over the vegetable gravy and place the cuts of meat on top.
