  1. Pour 1.5 liters of water into a saucepan and put it over medium heat. Put turkey pieces into the boiling water and cook the meat for three minutes. Change the water and cook the turkey meat until par-cooked.
  2. Add frozen green beans and a vegetable blend of blanched rice, green peas, corn, and bell peppers to the meat. Stir the vegetables and cook for seven minutes.
  3. Peel the potatoes, dice them, and put them in the saucepan with chopped garlic and bay leaves. Add salt, and black pepper to taste and cook the soup for another 15 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, finely chop the onion, grate the carrots and fry the vegetables in a pan in vegetable oil. Put the vegetables in the saucepan.
  5. Finely chop the dill and parsley, and add to the soup. The dish is ready, remove from heat. Let the soup sit for 10-15 minutes and serve it warm.
  6. Enjoy!
