Wild boar shurpa is an exotic dish! Everyone is used to cooking shurpa from more traditional meat - lamb or beef. Boar meat makes a wonderful, delicious soup!

  1. Rinse and cut the ribs of the wild boar thoroughly. Cut off pieces of fat, melt them. Fry the ribs in fat. Add chopped onion and bell pepper to the fried ribs.
  2. Simmer for 10 minutes. Top up with water (so that the meat is slightly covered). Add chopped tomato, carrot and diced potatoes. Then - bay leaves, salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Cook, stirring and skimming. The whole process will take approximately 1 hour. Sprinkle the shurpa with chopped dill before serving. Bon Appetit!
