Wild mushroom and meat soup

If you do not have frozen mushrooms, then use dried or just champignons.

  1. Defrost mushrooms and rinse under running water.
  2. Wash the meat and cut into pieces.
  3. We will send mushrooms with meat to the pan. Add bay leaf, allspice peas and onion head. Leave everything to cook for 30 minutes to get a rich broth.
  4. We peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them into cubes and send them to boil in a saucepan after half an hour.
