  2. Cut zucchini into small cubes.

  4. Fry the onion and garlic in vegetable oil for about 3 minutes over low heat.
  5. Then add zucchini and fry for 3 minutes over high heat, stirring constantly.
  6. Add curry and stir.
  7. Transfer the contents of the pan to a saucepan, pour boiling water, add bouillon cubes. Bring to a boil and cook for 7 minutes.
  8. You can use any ready-made broth instead of bouillon cubes.
  9. Remove from heat and blend the contents of the pot with an immersion blender.
  10. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  11. Cut the apple into small cubes.
  12. Pour the apple cubes into the soup, mix and let the soup brew.
