  1. Fry the peppers on the grill until black and brown, hold in an airtight bag for 10 minutes, remove the skin and seeds, chop the pulp into large pieces. Peel the garlic, chop it together with herbs and chili. Mix prepared foods with cheese, yogurt, butter and lime juice in a blender until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with fresh warm or toasted bread (pita bread or ciabatta).
