  2. Peel the apples, cut into slices, core them and also fry in butter.
  3. Rinse the beef liver in cold water and clean its ducts and films. Then cut into portions, roll in flour and fry in the remaining butter, a little salt at the end of the fried liver.
  4. First put the fried apple circles on a plate, put the chopped fried beef liver next to it, put the fried onion rings on top and garnish with finely chopped green onions.
