Keep in mind that chicken legs need to be marinated for at least 6 hours, so it's best to start doing this early, for example, in the evening. It will take very little time!   1. Prepare the breaded chicken leg marinade. To do this, first of all, peel the garlic and chop very finely or pass through a press into a large bowl.
  2. Pour natural yogurt into a bowl of garlic. Add lemon juice, tabasco sauce, and ground hot red pepper. Season with salt to taste and stir with a fork or whisk.
  3. Wash the chicken drumsticks and pat dry with a paper towel. Place in a bowl of marinade and stir to coat them evenly. Tighten the top of the bowl with cling film. Refrigerate for 6-8 hours.
  4. For breading, in a deep bowl, stir together the crackers, dried oregano, mustard powder, ground sweet paprika and salt to taste. You can add a little hot red pepper. Remove the chicken legs from the marinade and blot lightly with a paper towel. Dip on all sides in the resulting breading mixture. Shake off excess.
  5. Heat the oven to 200 ° C. Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Place the prepared chicken legs on top of it and bake until golden brown for 30-40 minutes (depending on the size of the legs).
  6. Transfer to a large plate and serve. As an addition to breaded chicken legs, you can offer any sauce to taste: tomato, chili, mustard or mayonnaise.
