Super salad with an incredible amount of healthy ingredients. Here and broccoli, which will provide us with a daily requirement of vitamins, and lentils with the right carbohydrates, almonds, olives and avocados that take care of our skin, celery with useful coarse fibers. But the main thing is that it will turn out very tasty.

  1. Pour cold water over lentils and bring to a boil, remove foam. Cook until tender, 20–40 minutes. depending on the variety, salt, discard in a colander and cool.
  2. Place the broccoli in a pot of boiling salted water and cook for 2-3 minutes. - the broccoli should remain bright green and slightly crispy. Throw in a colander and cool. Cut the celery and olives into very thin slices. Peel the onion and chop finely. Coarsely chop the almonds.
  3. Peel a clove of garlic and crush in a mortar with a pinch of salt into a paste. Add miso paste, add mirin and vinegar and stir well until smooth. Add the resulting mixture to the yogurt, season with cumin and stir. Salt if necessary.
  4. Place all the salad ingredients in a bowl and add the dressing. Slice the avocado lengthwise and remove the pit. Peel and cut the flesh into small pieces. Place the avocado in the salad and stir gently.
