A delicious egg breakfast is what you need for a great start to the day. This is strength, energy, positive! At the heart of the dish are eggs, cooked in a bag, which will take very little time to cook. A refreshing sauce made from finely chopped tomato pulp, natural yoghurt and garlic serves as a perfect addition to them. If you are worried that the smell of the latter will give out your taste preferences too clearly, replace it with finely chopped cilantro or parsley. Better yet, prepare the sauce with garlic, and then just chew the lemon peel and brush your teeth well! The fact is that it is he who gives the sauce a special, piquant flavor. And don't forget about the bactericidal properties of garlic! So, prepare a delicious breakfast of eggs and surprise your loved ones with an original culinary idea.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Make a savory sauce for a delicious egg breakfast. Peel the cloves of garlic and pass through a press into a small bowl. Wash the tomato and pat dry with a paper towel.
  2. Cut the tomato in half, remove the seeds and juice. Cut the pulp into small cubes. Add to a bowl to garlic, pour in natural yogurt and stir. The sauce for a delicious egg breakfast is ready.
  3. In a small ladle, bring the water to a boil and add a little salt to it. Dip the eggs into it and cook in a "bag" (bring the water to a boil again and cook over medium heat for 4-5 minutes).
  4. Remove from heat, drain water. Place the eggs in a scoop under running water and let them cool down. This may take about 10 minutes. Remove the eggs from the scoop and peel gently.
  5. Divide the previously prepared garlic, tomato and natural yogurt sauce into small bowls. Put the boiled eggs on top. Finely chop the cilantro or parsley. Sprinkle over the contents of the bowls. Slice the eggs to allow the yolk to run out a little.
