  5. Turn the finished cake onto a wire rack without removing it from the mold and let it cool. Then with a knife we ​​separate the cake from the walls and take out the cake. Cut into 2 parts.
  6. Now we will prepare the curd layer. Dissolve gelatin in water according to the instructions. Mix all the ingredients with a blender and add the gelatin.
  7. Return 1 cake to the mold and pour the curd mass onto it. We put it in the refrigerator until it solidifies.
  8. Preparing the yoghurt layer. We also prepare gelatin. Mix yogurt with berries. If there is no berry, then you can simply take 400 ml of berry yogurt. Beat lightly with a blender and add gelatin.
  9. Put the second cake layer on the curd layer and pour out the yoghurt mass. We put it in the refrigerator until it hardens completely, preferably at night.
  10. We remove our cake from the mold and enjoy the most delicate dessert.
