When there is a layer of frozen dough at hand, then before the unexpected guests arrive for tea, you can prepare a very tasty fruit pizza! Fruit can be varied according to taste and availability.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Put a layer of frozen dough on a cutting board for 15-20 minutes so that it thaws. During this time, prepare the filling: peel the rhubarb from the upper fibers and cut into cubes. Cut apricots and cherries in half, remove the stone. Cut the apricots into thin slices.
  2. Roll out the thawed dough in one direction, line the baking dish with baking paper, transfer the dough to it, prick it with a fork and grease with jam (I have lemon). Top with rhubarb, sprinkle with 2-3 tablespoons of sugar.
  3. Put apricots, cherries and strawberries on rhubarb, sprinkle with 1-2 tablespoons of sugar for caramelization and put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
  4. 5 minutes before cooking, sprinkle fresh orange zest on top of the fruit. Enjoy your tea!
