The most delicious, healthy and nutritious porridge is herculean porridge, and it is prepared faster and easier than other cereals. It can be cooked in water, but to make the taste more delicate, it is better to make this porridge in milk.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. We take liquid and rolled oats in a 2: 1 ratio. If you want a richer milky flavor, use 2 cups of milk per cup of cereal. Personally, I sometimes dilute milk with water to make the porridge less nutritious.
  2. So, pour milk (or a mixture of milk and water) into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Stirring constantly boiling liquid, pour oat flakes into a saucepan.
  3. Without stopping stirring, cook the porridge over low heat for 3 minutes, then turn off the heat. Add butter, salt and sugar to the porridge, mix everything and leave the porridge to infuse under the lid for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Just 15 minutes and our healthy and delicious breakfast is ready. Bon appetit, everyone!
