Muffins with muesli

This recipe has long won the hearts of many housewives, try and you cook a delicious treat.

Ingredients

• vanilla extract - 0.4 teaspoons;
• baking powder - 10 g;
• muesli - 2 cups;
• sea salt - a pinch;
• dried apricots - 2 handfuls;
• flour - 210 g;
• egg - 1 piece;
• powdered sugar - 20 g;
• liquid honey - 2 tablespoons;
• banana - 1 piece;
• olive oil - 5 tablespoons;
• apple juice - 1 glass.

Directions

1. Put the preheated oven (200 degrees).
2. Chop the dried fruit. Slice the banana. Stir. Pour the flour. Add muesli and baking powder with salt. Stir.
3. Mix butter with egg. Pour honey and juice. Add vanilla extract. Stir.
4. Connect the two masses. Knead well. Put in molds and bake for a quarter of an hour. Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
