Pizza Pancakes with Ham, Cheese and Vegetables

A quick and hearty breakfast for the whole family

  1. Fill the tomato with boiling water, leave it for a minute, then remove the skin. Finely chop the peeled tomato. Finely chop the bell pepper. Wash onion and parsley, dry, chop.
  2. Put sugar, salt and soda in a bowl with kefir, mix. Cut the ham into small cubes. Three mozzarella on a grater. Break the eggs into a cup and beat lightly with a fork. You can add some fried mushrooms to the dough - if desired. Mix the prepared products with kefir, add the melted butter.
  3. Add the sifted glass of flour to the kefir mass, knead the dough with a fork until the dry and liquid ingredients are combined, the dough should remain lumps and bumps, do not interfere until smooth! Combine vegetables, cheese and ham with dough. Make sure to stand for 15 minutes.
  4. We heat the pan over a heat below average (from 6 divisions I put on 3 and sometimes switch to 2). We added butter to the dough, you don't need to add it to the pan. Using a tablespoon, spread the dough into the pan. We fry the pancakes until a delicious crust. We look so that the dough "grabs" and becomes covered with holes. If turned over undercooked, the dough will fall off! Then turn the pancakes over and continue to fry over low heat until tender. Serve pancakes with sour cream or your favorite sauce.
