  1. Peel the onion, garlic and pepper, cut into medium pieces. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil, add the vegetables, and fry over medium heat for 5 minutes. Pour in the sauce, salt and pepper, cook over medium heat, covered for another 5 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, prepare the poached eggs and cook for 4 minutes.
  3. Open the lid of the sauce pan and place the poached eggs in the sauce, cutting off the cling film with scissors and letting the egg slide out. Leave on the fire for another 30 seconds, then serve directly in the skillet with the tabasco and bread.
