Rice is a product that is well absorbed by the child's body. Therefore, it is included in the diet from an early age. Today we are preparing rice porridge for babies.

  1. Prepare rice, milk and water for porridge.
  2. Wash the rice thoroughly and place in a saucepan.
  3. Cover the rice with water and place the pot on the stove.
  4. After the rice boils, reduce the heat and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. When the rice is cooked well, its grains will increase in size.
  6. Then pour milk into the boiled rice and stir.
  7. Cook the rice for another 10 minutes until tender.
  8. Cover the saucepan with the finished rice porridge with a lid and hold it for 15 minutes so that it steams well.
  9. Then whisk the porridge with a blender until smooth, creamy or rub through a sieve.
