Spaghetti with Pesto Sauce

• Green basil - 1 Bunch
• Pine nuts - 50 Grams
• Olive Oil - 80 Milliliters
• Garlic - 4 Cloves
• Parmesan - 100 Grams
• Spaghetti - 300 Grams

Directions

1. First of all, I start cooking with the preparation of herbs, my basil, I pluck the leaves (only they are needed).
2. I cut Parmesan (classic Italian cheese) into small pieces, peel the cloves of garlic, heat the pine nuts in a frying pan for a couple of minutes.
3. Parmesan, pine nuts and garlic are sent to a blender and grind until pasty, gradually pour in olive oil.
4. Then I put the basil in the bowl and grind everything to the consistency of a thick sauce.
5. Boil the spaghetti in salted water with the addition of olive oil, put them on a plate, immediately send the sauce to them and mix. I serve the dish hot.
