  8. Grease a grill pan with olive oil. Fry the white eggplant mugs on both sides in a skillet.
  9. Fry the purple eggplant mugs in a skillet.
  10. Fry the zucchini mugs in a grill pan.
  11. Knead the matched dough.
  12. Roll out the dough to the size of the mold. I have a form with a diameter of 29 cm. Grease the form with butter and lay out the dough.
  13. Grease the circle of dough with olive oil, then - with tomato sauce, stepping back from the edge 1.5–2 cm. Put the fried circles of vegetables, add a little salt and pepper.
  14. Wash the tomatoes, dry them, cut into thin circles. Place the tomatoes over the vegetables. Sprinkle with dried thyme and olive oil.
  15. Grate cheese on a fine grater and sprinkle on pizza. Place the pizza dish in the oven preheated to 240 ° C for 8 - 10 minutes.
  16. Delicious and healthy vegetable pizza is ready.
  17. Put the pizza out of the mold and serve. Cut into portions. Enjoy your meal!
