Agave Sour cocktail

Uncomplicated recipe and rich taste. The cocktail is named after the agave - it is here both in the form of tequila and in the form of liqueur.

Ingredients

• 50 ml silver tequila
• 20 ml lime juice
• 30 ml agave liqueur
• 1 raw egg white
• 10 ml sugar syrup
• To decorate:
• thin apple slice
• lemon zest

Directions

1. Place all ingredients in a shaker with ice and beat thoroughly for 15 seconds. Strain through a strainer or sieve into a glass.
2. Garnish with an apple wedge, lemon zest and serve with a straw
