Homemade Ice Cream with Lemonade

A very unusual homemade ice cream recipe that even a child can make.

Ingredients

• heavy cream 500 g
• condensed milk 380 g
• Mountain dew lemonade 250 ml
• food coloring 15 g
• almond petals
• nuts

Directions

1. Whisk the chilled cream with a fat content of at least 33% until fluffy. Then pour in condensed milk and gently stir the mass with a silicone spatula. In the next step, pour in lemonade and mix gently as well. Pour in dry color and stir until the color of the ice cream becomes uniform.
2. Pour the resulting mass into a container, cover with cling film on top so that there is no air between the film and the mass. Put the ice cream container in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
3. When serving, sprinkle ice cream with chopped nuts and almond petals.
