  1. 1. We take any dried fruits. I had: dates, prunes, goji, raisins, and fresh apples.
  2. 2. We cook the usual compote. I didn't add sugar!
  3. 3. We take spices and mint.
  4. 4. Pour the compote into a pot and add the spices.
  5. 5. For a lid, pour oil into the flour.
  6. 6. Pour in 100 ml of water.
  7. 7. From myself, I also added bran.
  8. 8. We knead the dough. You will need more flour for the board.
  9. 9. We roll out a plump circle (the lid should not fail).
  10. 10. We stretch the dough on a pot with compote.
  11. 11. Let the edges hang down, then they will be so tasty!
  12. 12. Bake for 20-30 minutes at 150 * until the crust will not knock dully.
