Astecs Chocolate

Ingredients

• 40 ml mescal
• 40 g of chocolate with a cocoa content of at least 70%
• 15 ml agave syrup
• 1 pinch each of grated tonka beans, nutmeg and cinnamon
• 1 pinch of red chili flakes

Directions

1. Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Combine with the rest of the ingredients and whisk until fluffy. Garnish with chili flakes when serving.
