  1. Cooking vegetable salsa. Cut a ripe avocado in half, remove the pit and peel the avocado halves.
  2. Cut the avocado into small cubes. We shift the avocado into a deep plate and sprinkle with lemon juice.
  3. We clean the red onion from the top husk and cut it finely enough. Also finely chop the parsley. Peel and mince the garlic with a garlic press.
  4. Add the parsley, onion and garlic to the bowl with the avocado. Season with red wine vinegar and salt. Mix carefully.
  5. Take the cod liver out of the jar and put it on a paper towel to drain excess liquid.
  6. Then cut the cod liver into small cubes.
  7. We put the cod liver to the vegetable salsa. Mix carefully.
  8. We cut black bread into not thick slices, cut off the edges and make neat squares, rhombuses, hearts.
  9. Dry the bread in the oven or in a dry frying pan for several minutes.
  10. Place vegetable salsa with cod liver on each slice of bread. Avocado and cod liver tarts are ready.
