A spicy cold appetizer of beef with yogurt-cheese sauce will be appropriate both on the festive table and on the everyday table. Dressing sauce is prepared on the basis of natural yogurt with feta cheese, adjika, garlic, herbs and hot pepper. If you take care of roasting beef in advance, then the further process will not make it difficult for you, but it will take some time to soak the meat with dressing.

  2. Choose beef that is not too fatty.
  3. Bake the beef first. To do this, salt the pieces of beef (about 0.5 teaspoon or to taste) and put in a baking bag or wrap in foil. Send the beef to the oven and bake for about 2 hours at a temperature of 180 degrees.
  4. Roasting meat takes a lot of time, but this stage takes place without our participation, so it will not cause difficulties.
  5. Cool the baked meat and disassemble it into fibers.
  6. Peel the garlic and pass through a press.
  7. Finely chop the greens with a knife.
  8. Add yogurt, adjika, red hot pepper and black ground pepper to garlic and greens. Crumble the feta and add to the sauce as well. Pour in salt (about 0.25 teaspoon or to taste) and sugar (about 0.25 teaspoon or to taste). Mix well.
  9. Put the beef on a plate and pour over it with the prepared yogurt and feta sauce.
  10. Let the meat snack brew in the refrigerator for two hours.
  11. Mix the appetizer, taste and, if necessary, add more salt. And you can serve it to the table.
