Baked potatoes with cheese in bacon

Potato wedges pair perfectly with cheese and bacon. The potato itself turns out to be ruddy, bacon, in addition to the smoked taste and aroma, gives the potato wedges an appetizing look. This version of baked potatoes can be safely served both on the festive table and on the everyday one.

  1. Prepare food items on the list.
  2. One type of cheese can be used.
  3. Potatoes are better to take large.
  4. Immediately turn on the oven, let it warm up to 190 degrees.
  5. Peeled potatoes cut into large slices.
  6. Grate two types of cheese into a separate bowl. Pour paprika, dried garlic, salt and pepper to taste there.
  7. Place potatoes in bowl with cheese mixture and mix well.
  8. Wrap each potato wedge with a strip of bacon.
  9. If the cheese and spices are not very sticky to the potato slices, you can simply sprinkle them with the mixture and then wrap the bacon tightly around them.
  10. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the potatoes in the bacon.
  11. Send the baking sheet to the oven, preheated to 190 degrees, for 35-40 minutes, until the potatoes are fully cooked (depending on the variety and cutting).
  12. Put the finished baked potatoes with cheese in bacon on a plate and garnish with herbs.
  13. Serve potatoes in bacon to the table, if desired, adding sauce, pickles or fresh vegetables. It's also a great accompaniment to beer.
