Many probably know that beetroot improves digestion, eliminates toxins, cleanses blood vessels, and improves metabolism. And in such an alliance as banana and mango, it gives a sweet taste to smoothies.

  1. 1. Beets are preferably small, peeled, and ready. I have a mini, like a Chinese size (I took 3 pieces). Mango and banana are preferably ripe. If fresh mango or frozen slices are not available, you can substitute 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce. Put everything into a blender.
  2. 2. Blend all peeled fruits, vegetables, yogurt, and honey until pureed.
  3. 3. Pour into containers. It turns out very tasty, despite the fat-free kefir, due to the sweet banana and mango.
