  1. 1. Kefir, bran, and blueberry juice (fresh, from a slow cooker or compote), and place rye bran in a blender.
  2. 2. Whisk the ingredients thoroughly at high speed.
  3. 3. It turns out quite a thick mass. The amount of bran can be reduced.
  4. 4. Pour into a glass or pretty cup and serve. There is one caveat: if the drink stands for more than 5 minutes, it will thicken and become like mousse in consistency, which can be eaten with a spoon. Such a cocktail is quite satisfying and may well notice breakfast or even dinner.
