  3. Transfer the broccoli to the bowl of a food blender fitted with a knife attachment.
  4. Grind broccoli on medium speed. It should be a small crumb.
  5. Grate melted cheese on a medium grater.
  6. Combine broccoli and cheese in a deep bowl.
  7. Add eggs. Mix.
  8. Add breadcrumbs, salt and pepper.
  9. Finely chop the parsley and green onion with a knife and send to a bowl. Peel the garlic, grate on a fine grater and also add to the bowl.

  11. Form cutlets.
  12. With wet hands, take about 1/6 of the minced meat, roll into a ball and flatten slightly on both sides, forming small cutlets. Blind the rest of the cutlets in the same way.
  13. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and grease with vegetable oil. Put cabbage cutlets on a baking sheet and send to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for about 20-25 minutes.
  14. Cutlets can also be cooked in a pan, and not in the oven. To do this, grease the pan with vegetable oil, heat it well over medium heat, put the cutlets there and fry for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown. Then reduce the heat to a minimum, pour in 1-2 teaspoons of water, cover and steam the cutlets for about 4-5 minutes.
  15. Cabbage cutlets from broccoli with melted cheese are ready.
  16. Bon appetit!
