  1. When choosing zucchini and yam (sweet potato), pay attention to size. It is important that they are approximately the same in diameter.
  2. Cut the zucchini into thick slices.
  3. We clean the sweet potato. Cut into circles of the same thickness as the circles of zucchini.
  4. We spread the vegetables on a baking sheet, grease with olive oil - and in the oven, in the "steam" mode, at 96 degrees, for 15-20 minutes.
  5. If your oven does not have special modes (steaming, low temperature), roast vegetables at normal temperature, but put a bowl of water in the oven.
  6. While the zucchini and potatoes are cooking, we will make the minced meat. Chicken fillet cut into large cubes.
  7. Crush garlic. Peel the onion and cut into four pieces.
  8. Cut the crusts off the bread.
  9. Chicken fillet, onion, garlic, bread crumb pass through a meat grinder. An unusual addition to minced meat is dried tomatoes. We grind them too.
  10. Add egg, salt and pepper, mix
  11. Mince is ready. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on a cutting board.
  12. We make neat balls from minced meat. The dimensions should match the diameter of the zucchini slices. Just do not forget that the balls after the oven will become a little smaller.
  13. Roll our balls in breadcrumbs.
  14. Lay on parchment on a baking sheet.
  15. After 10-15 minutes (5 minutes before cooking) after the start of baking vegetables, grease them with teriyaki sauce and put them back in the oven.
  16. Are the vegetables ready? Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and put the chicken balls in the oven for 15 minutes.
  17. We collect the "tower". The first floor is a slice of sweet potato. The second is a circle of zucchini.
  18. A small decorative element. Boil the teriyaki sauce in a hot pan.
  19. On top of the tower is a dome of minced chicken. We take a skewer, stick it on top - we connect our tower.
