Canapes are designed to serve as an aperitif, that is, to warm up the appetite before the main meal. These little sandwiches with cream cheese, bacon and quail eggs will look beautiful on the festive table and serve as a great snack.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare all ingredients. You can take soft feta or any cream cheese (cheese with greens is suitable). Boil quail eggs.
  2. Cut white bread into thin slices. I chose the shape of a square, you can use it to cut cookie cutters. It is better to cut off the crust from the bread.
  3. Saute chopped garlic in hot vegetable oil for 1 minute. Then fry the bread in this oil on both sides.
  4. Chop the dill. You can take any fresh herbs, but dill, in my opinion, goes best with cream cheese.
  5. Add dill to cheese and stir with a spoon.
  6. Cut bacon slices. Remove shells from boiled eggs.
  7. Cut the eggs in half and prepare the skewers (you can use toothpicks instead).
  8. Spread cream cheese on each slice of bread in a thick layer all over.
  9. Roll up a piece of bacon and lay it on a couch. Top with a skewer and half an egg.
  10. Arrange the canape with bacon, egg and cream cheese on a pretty plate.
  11. Serve canapes as an appetizer for the festive table.
