A cool combination for a festive table - red fish, cheese and some mayonnaise! Today we are preparing a snack that is eaten first! Well, it is very tasty, and even beautiful!

Ingredients

  1. Cut off the crusts of the bread. Cut each piece of bread into four pieces.
  2. We rub the cheese on a fine grater, add mayonnaise and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. From the resulting mass we form cheese balls (the size of a walnut).
  4. Grind nuts into large crumbs.
  5. Half of the balls are rolled (breaded) in chopped nuts.
  6. Roll the other half in finely chopped dill.
  7. Cut red salted fish into thin slices.
  8. We try to wrap each plate of fish in the shape of a "rose".
  9. We collect snacks.
  10. At the bottom is a piece of bread. Then lay out the cheese ball.
  11. And on top we fix with a skewer a "rose" of fish.
  12. Fast, tasty and very satisfying! Such an appetizer will decorate any feast and will go well with many drinks! Try it, cook for health!
