Canape is the perfect quick snack option. Such an appetizer can always be prepared and served to the table in 5-10 minutes without making your guests wait. This recipe for canape with ham, pickles and cheese is one of the easiest.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut the slices of bread diagonally and again diagonally so that 4 triangles are made from one piece of bread. Brush each piece of bread with mayonnaise.
  2. Cut the ham into slices of the same shape and size as the bread. Put the ham on bread with mayonnaise.
  3. Cut pickled cucumbers into slices obliquely. Place one round on top of the ham slices.
  4. (You can also use whole pickled gherkins if they are small enough. In addition to cucumbers, you can use tomatoes and other small pickled vegetables.)
  5. After that, cut hard cheese into the same triangles and put them on slices of cucumbers.
  6. Canape with ham, pickled cucumbers and cheese, decorate and secure with skewers. To do this, rinse the spinach leaves well in water, dry and cut into strips. Pierce the edges of the spinach strips with a sharp skewer to form a sail, then stick the skewers into the canapes.
  7. Serve the ham and cheese canapes at the table immediately after preparation.
