Today I will share a simple canape recipe with liver pate and melted cheese, which are perfect for a regular breakfast or a festive feast.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. We prepare the ingredients.
  2. We cook chicken liver pate ourselves and often it turns out delicious. This is our first filling.
  3. For the festive version of the canape, I will take two types of toast bread: white and with seeds.
  4. Garlic and processed cheese are passed through a fine grater. Add mayonnaise (a couple of tablespoons) and mix well. The second filling is ready.
  5. We cut off the crusts from slices of bread - they will make excellent crackers.
  6. Alternating bread and filling, we collect a sandwich from three slices of bread.
  7. Spread pâté on a slice of white bread.
  8. Cover with another type of bread (with seeds). Now apply a layer of cheese spread.
  9. Cover with a slice of white bread.
  10. Thus we form all sandwiches.
  11. We leave the resulting blanks for 10 minutes under a small load.
  12. When sandwiches with liver pate and melted cheese stand, we coat the edges with mayonnaise and sprinkle with finely chopped dill - you get huge sandwiches for breakfast.
  13. Or cut each sandwich into four small canapes. We decorate the edges in the same way as in the previous version - with mayonnaise and dill. We stick skewers and serve already to the festive table.
  14. Bon appetit!
