Canape with melon and prosciutto (ham)

Original not only in appearance, but also in taste, an appetizer for wine - canape with melon and Italian ham, as well as with cheese and arugula. No bachelorette party is complete without this dish!

Ingredients

  1. Cut the melon into cubes, after clearing it of seeds and peel. Marinate the melon cubes in olive oil, the juice of half a lime, salt and pepper to taste. Leave in the marinade for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Form the first type of canape: alternating, put on a stick a rolled leaf of fresh arugula, diced cheese (it is better to take hard cheese or with mold), arugula, a cube of pickled melon.
  3. Form a canape with prosciutto: string pickled melon and kiwi cubes on a stick, alternating with ham. Add basil leaves.
  4. Remove the seeds from the fourth part of the melon and insert the skewers into it.
  5. Canape with melon and prosciutto are ready.
  6. Serve canape with melon and ham with red semi-dry wine, after cooling the appetizer for 25-30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  7. Bon appetit!
