Canape with red caviar

If a jar of caviar appears in the refrigerator by the holiday, you can make original canapes with red caviar - small sandwiches with brown bread that look like sushi.

Ingredients

• Bread black
• Butter
• red onion
• Red caviar
• Sweet pepper (Bulgarian)

Directions

1. Cut the bread neatly, brush with butter, put the onion rings nicely, caviar in them. Decorate canape with red caviar with sweet pepper. Bon appetit!
