Canape with sausage, cheese and olives is an original and tasty appetizer. Canapes are easy to prepare and delight with an excellent, beloved combination of ingredients. But keep in mind that such an appetizer just instantly disappears from the table.

  1. We prepare products.
  2. We will also need skewers.
  3. My bread is already sliced, if you don't have it, cut it into slices.
  4. Squeeze slices out of bread using a glass. I made 16 circles, two from each slice of bread.
  5. We heat a dry frying pan and dry the slices of bread until lightly browned (1-2 minutes on each side).
  6. Cut the sausage into thin circles.
  7. Cut the cheese into thin slices and also, using a glass, squeeze out the circles.
  8. Put a sausage on each circle of cheese.
  9. With a knife, make one cut from the middle of the circle down.
  10. We roll the cheese with sausage in the form of a bag, put an olive inside. We fasten with a skewer.
  11. So we do with all the prepared cheese, sausage and olives. Place the skewers on the slices of toasted bread.
  12. Canape with sausage, cheese and olives are ready. Garnish with dill sprigs if desired. Bon appetit!
