Carrot Nut Smoothie

We continue to compose healthy snacks based on yogurt/kefir!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1. Rinse dates, cut in half.
  2. 2. Pour yogurt into a jug for whipping (I have peach, my son loves it, but you can use it without additives or kefir), and add dates.
  3. 3. Grind the nuts in advance in a coffee grinder.
  4. 4. I also took flax flour and germinated wheat grains (we sell flax already crushed in the healthy food departments too).
  5. 5. Peel the carrots and grate on a fine grater.
  6. 6. We place all of the listed additives in yogurt or another sour-milk base.
  7. 7. We whip!
  8. 8. Pour into your favorite mug.
  9. 9. We drink for breakfast or a snack.
