Very tasty and healthy chamomile tea. Lemons and oranges can be added a little less or more to taste. Sweet lovers can add honey.

  1. 1. Dry chamomile, pour one heaping tablespoon into a bowl.
  2. 2. Pour boiled water at room temperature (400 ml), close the lid, and heat in boiling water (water bath) for 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Strain. Pour into cups and squeeze juice from healthy orange and lemon slices into each cup.
