Chicken mushroom pizza with cheese sauce

Ingredients

  1. In a container where we will knead the dough, pour dry yeast, salt, sugar, 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil and fill with warm water. Add the sifted flour and knead the dough. It is advisable that by the time the dough is kneaded, the pizza filling is already ready. The dough is obtained for 2 pizzas.
  2. Boil the chicken breast in salted water for 30 minutes. While the breast is cooking, fry the mushrooms. Pour 1 tbsp into a frying pan (I used a wok). l. vegetable oil and fry the mushrooms there until the moisture evaporates completely. This takes approximately 15-20 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste during the frying process.
  3. Cool the filling and start shaping the pizza. Divide the dough into 2 halves. Roll out thinly. Lubricate with cheese sauce. Tear the chicken breast with our hands and put it on top of the cheese sauce. On top of the breast are mushrooms.
  4. Three cheese on a coarse grater, finely chop the greens.
  5. Sprinkle the pizza with cheese and put it in an oven preheated to 220 degrees for 15 minutes. Then sprinkle with herbs and send for another 10 minutes.
