Chicken rolls with dry-cured ham and cheese filling is an incredibly tasty dish that will definitely become a worthy decoration of the festive table. We form chicken fillet rolls with cheese inside and wrap them on top with slices of dry-cured ham. We fry the rolls in a pan, which, of course, is less useful than baking in the oven, but it takes a little less time.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare food items on the list.
  2. We use one large chilled chicken fillet.
  3. Rinse chicken fillet and pat dry. Then cut the fillet into two halves. Cover the fillet with cling film and beat lightly with a kitchen hammer. Fillets can be peppered if desired. Salt can be omitted, as cheese and ham are salty.
  4. Cut the cheese into cubes and put on the edges of the fillet.
  5. Then roll the fillet into rolls.
  6. Wrap each roll with dried ham.
  7. Heat up a frying pan with vegetable oil.
  8. Put the rolls in the pan and fry over low heat for 3-4 minutes on each side. You need to fry on all four sides so that the chicken is completely cooked.
  9. Chicken rolls with dry-cured ham and cheese filling are ready. Cut the rolls into pieces and serve.
  10. Try it - it's incredibly delicious! (By the way, these rolls are also pretty good when cold.)
  11. You can serve rolls on their own or with any side dishes (vegetables, cereals), pickles, herbs.
  12. Bon appetit!
